COVID POLICY:

In these uncertain times, Nani Studio has established even more sanitation procedures in conjunction with:

• Increased ventilation during and in between sessions

• Enough space between client appointments to ensure safety not only for the client and practitioner

• A practiced commitment for our practitioner to wear KN-95 masks 100% of the time, with no exceptions

For us to fully support you at this time, we also ask that you take as good care of yourself as possible. All appointments are 100% reschedulable as long as SIP orders are in place. We remain committed to the most updated CDC advisories, and state and county regulations, and ask that if you have any known exposure to COVID-19 or symptoms associated with it, you rebook your skincare session with us. There is no penalty to do so.


BOOKING POLICY:
We appreciate you booking your sessions in advance via our online booking system. This helps tremendously with cleaning procedures and allowing for enough space between clients. If you are looking to book a same-day appointment, please text us at 707-503-9310 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
In these uncertain times, we appreciate that you are taking care of yourself. If you need to cancel an appointment, we appreciate a 48-hour notice. If that is not possible, and you must cancel for COVID-19-related circumstances, please text us immediately at 707-503-9310 and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.


MICROBLADING POLICY:
Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process.  Healed results will vary with each client. NO guarantees will be made.  Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain the optimal results.  Every effort is given to give the best quality service, however, many factors can result in less than desired outcomes as each client will heal differently.  For brows to heal properly and look their very best, you must use all Pre and Post Care instructions.  Pre-care advice is for limiting excess bleeding during the procedure which can expel and dilute the pigment color and lead to poor results.  If you have any questions concerning this information please contact me to discuss.

Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment.

A $100 deposit is required upon booking a Microblading appointment to secure your desired time.  The deposit will be applied to the cost of your initial session. If you arrive late for your scheduled service without 48-hour notice your deposit will be forfeited.  This policy is the same if you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice.
